DigTix’s engineering team is proud to announce version 2.8.3 of DigTix is now available on all production environments. DigTix v2.8.3 includes the following updates and improvements:
- Added connectivity indicator and alert messages when internet is unavailable (online mode only).
- Added ability to re-assign tickets by dragging them from the ticket grid to the user tree in the quick filter panel.
- Breakdown of past due, due, and future-due tickets in assignment folders.
- Priority-based ticket processing / assignment alerts (email, SMS, and instant message).
- Added call center processing for JULIE (Illinois), Chicago Diggers, Wisconsin 811, and Indiana 811.
- Several improvements to geocoding accuracy management.
